Property Maintenance 2023
Thank you for having Persico Landscaping handle the maintenance of your property for 2023. March is the time we start our Spring clean-ups, as long as the weather permits. We will schedule your clean up based on our route but let us know if you would like it done by a certain date and will try and accommodate. Regular weekly maintenance will begin in April and will stop the last week in November. Fall Clean ups will be done in December as well as extra maintenance visits if needed. Over the next week we will be sending a separate email which will show you the services your are signed up for along with the costs for this season so you can review and see if you would like to add anything. You also can log in to our app from any IOS (Apple device) to manage your account and your services. As a valued customer you will receive 10% off any in stock purchases at Lucente Nursery this season. Just tell the cashier your name and address at check-out.
